Bible Verses about 'Thank you for your blessings'
- When things are going well, be grateful for your blessings,
and in times of adversity consider this:
God has made both of them,
so that we cannot predict with confidence
what the future holds. - Blessings are showered on the head of the righteous,
but sorrow will cover the face of the wicked. - If you refuse to listen to me
and do not sincerely resolve
to give glory to my name,
says the Lord of hosts,
I will send a curse on you,
and I will turn your blessings into a curse.
Indeed, I have already done so
because you have not heeded my warning. - For your kindness extends to the heavens;
your faithfulness, to the skies. - The righteous is remembered with blessings,
but the name of the wicked fades away. - Arise and shine forth, for your light has come
and the glory of the Lord has dawned upon you. - Bring the tithes in full into the treasury
so that there may be food in my house.
Put me thus to the test,
says the Lord of hosts,
and see if I will not open
the windows of heaven for you
and pour down blessings upon you
without measure. - If you forgive others for the wrongs they have done, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
- Those who revere your name place their trust in you,
for you never abandon those who seek you, O Lord. - Help us, O God, our Savior,
for the glory of your name;
deliver us and wipe away our sins
for your name’s sake. - Out of the same mouth flow blessings and curses. This should not be so, my brethren.
- Do not make gods from silver or from gold instead of me. You will not make them for yourselves.
- Because in my eyes you are precious,
because you are honored and I love you,
I will give people in exchange for you
and nations in return for your life. - Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Now you have made known to me
what we asked of you;
you have revealed to us the king’s dream. - Fear not, little flock, for your Father has chosen to give you the kingdom.
- Brethren, we must always give thanks to God for you, and it is only right that we do so. For your faith grows ever more, and the love that all of you have for one another continues to increase.
- You are truly my rock and my fortress;
for the sake of your name, lead and guide me. - Do not work for food that perishes
but for the food that endures for eternal life,
which the Son of Man will give you.
For it is on him
that God the Father has set his seal. - You shall obey his statutes and the commandments that I give you today, so that all may go well with you and your children after you, and that you may live long in the land that the Lord, your God, has given you for all time.
- If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is preferable for you to lose one part of your body than to have your whole body thrown into Gehenna.
- You created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am wonderfully made;
awesome are your works,
as I know very well. - And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do as much.
- For I know full well the plans I have for you, plans for your welfare and not for your misfortune, plans that will offer you a future filled with hope.
- Do not pride yourself on your own wisdom;
fear the Lord and turn your back on evil.
This will provide healing for your flesh
and restore strength to your body.
