- Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up your hand;
forget not the afflicted. - For God alone my soul waits in silence;
from him comes my salvation. - Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called sons of God. - For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence,
for my hope is from him. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - Why are you cast down, O my soul,
and why are you in turmoil within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him,
my salvation and my God. - I delight to do your will, O my God;
your law is within my heart. - Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

- O God, you are my God;

as in a dry and weary land
where there is no water. - Now an intermediary implies more than one, but God is one.
- For you, O God, have tested us;
you have tried us as silver is tried. - Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.
- As a deer pants for flowing streams,
so pants my soul for you, O God. - For it is you who light my lamp;
the Lord my God lightens my darkness. - Create in me a clean heart, O God,
and renew a right spirit within me. - Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.
- Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation.
- Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased! - Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
- In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.
- For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.
- Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
- Be exalted, O God, above the heavens!
