Chinese (traditional)Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer. So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath. But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. For You will light my lamp;
The Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins. O Lord, You are my God.
I will exalt You,
I will praise Your name,
For You have done wonderful things;
Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. You are my hiding place;
You shall preserve me from trouble;
You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven. Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. The rich man’s wealth is his strong city,
And like a high wall in his own esteem. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. For a thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it is past,
And like a watch in the night. Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. Commit your works to the Lord,
And your thoughts will be established. So we may boldly say:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. I will praise You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments. But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints. To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins. Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart,
All you who hope in the Lord.Next verse!With image
