- Blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh,
and whose confidence is in Yahweh.
For he will be as a tree planted by the waters,
who spreads out its roots by the river,
and will not fear when heat comes,
but its leaf will be green,
and will not be concerned in the year of drought.
It won’t cease from yielding fruit. - “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.”
- You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
- Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know.
- You shall seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.
- Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?
- Ah Lord Yahweh! Behold, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for you.
- Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed.
Save me, and I will be saved;
for you are my praise. - The heart is deceitful above all things
and it is exceedingly corrupt.
Who can know it?
“I, Yahweh, search the mind.
I try the heart,
even to give every man according to his ways,
according to the fruit of his doings.” - “Can anyone hide himself in secret places
so that I can’t see him?” says Yahweh.
“Don’t I fill heaven and earth?” says Yahweh.
