- For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
- But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit. - Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
- Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.
- I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?
- You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
- Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed;
save me and I will be saved,
for you are the one I praise. - Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.
- The heart is deceitful above all things
and beyond cure. Who can understand it?
“I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind,
to reward each person according to their conduct,
according to what their deeds deserve.” - “Who can hide in secret places so that I cannot see them?” declares the Lord.
“Do not I fill heaven and earth?” declares the Lord.
Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.Next verse!With image
