- When you make a vow to God, do not delay to fulfill it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow.
- All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.
- So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
- But I tell you, do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne; or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King.
For the Lord your God is gracious and compassionate. He will not turn his face from you if you return to him. Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.Next verse!With image
