Salvation (4/4)

  • Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.
  • I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.
  • Help us, God of our salvation, for the glory of Your name;
    And save us and forgive our sins for the sake of Your name.
  • You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.
  • But I will sacrifice to You
    With a voice of thanksgiving.
    That which I have vowed I will pay.
    Salvation is from the Lord.
  • Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burden,
    The God who is our salvation. Selah
  • This wretched man cried out, and the Lord heard him,
    And saved him out of all his troubles.
  • Please, O Lord, do save us;
    Please, O Lord, do send prosperity!
    Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord;
    We have blessed you from the house of the Lord.
  • For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world produces death.
  • Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from a trial, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment.
  • Make Your face shine upon Your servant;
    Save me in Your faithfulness.
  • There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the One who is able to save and to destroy; but who are you, judging your neighbor?
  • Wives, subject yourselves to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.
  • And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
  • “And they will be Mine,” says the Lord of armies, “on the day that I prepare My own possession, and I will have compassion for them just as a man has compassion for his own son who serves him.”
  • Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?
