- I will praise You, O Lord, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations. - Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave.
- But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints.

Make known His deeds among the peoples! - Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,

- For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
- Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.
- And in that day you will say:
“Praise the Lord, call upon His name;
Declare His deeds among the peoples,
Make mention that His name is exalted.” - And said to them, “Whoever receives this little child in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me. For he who is least among you all will be great.”
- Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
- Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
- And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.
- But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah,
Yet out of you shall come forth to Me
The One to be Ruler in Israel,
Whose goings forth are from of old,
From everlasting. - To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
- Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
- Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
- For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.
- Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.
- Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
- And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:
God was manifested in the flesh,
Justified in the Spirit,
Seen by angels,
Preached among the Gentiles,
Believed on in the world,
Received up in glory. - For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
- Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life.
- If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless.
- Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men! - So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
- In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
- Woe to him who strives with his Maker!
Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth!
Shall the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’
Or shall your handiwork say, ‘He has no hands’? - And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
- Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
- And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.”
- And you shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine.
- The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing. - The Lord watches over the strangers;
He relieves the fatherless and widow;
But the way of the wicked He turns upside down. - Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
- Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”
And they divided His garments and cast lots. - If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
- Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.
- For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
- Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.
- Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
- Then He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the multitude. So they all ate and were filled, and twelve baskets of the leftover fragments were taken up by them.
- Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
- How they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.
- Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.
- See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
