- For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.
- Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life.
- Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men! - Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.
- So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
- In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
- Woe to him who strives with his Maker!
Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth!
Shall the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’
Or shall your handiwork say, ‘He has no hands’? - And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.”
- And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
- Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
- Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”
And they divided His garments and cast lots. - Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.
- For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
- The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing. - Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
- And you shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine.
- The Lord watches over the strangers;
He relieves the fatherless and widow;
But the way of the wicked He turns upside down. - Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.
- See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
- If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
- The vine has dried up,
And the fig tree has withered;
The pomegranate tree,
The palm tree also,
And the apple tree—
All the trees of the field are withered;
Surely joy has withered away from the sons of men. - Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
- And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
- Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.
- The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.
