- Many are the plans in a human mind,
but it is the purpose of the Lord that will prevail. - Cure the sick who are there, and say, ‘The kingdom of God has come unto you.’
- The love of the Lord is never exhausted,
nor do his deeds of mercy ever come to an end.
They are renewed every morning;
his faithfulness never ceases. - Why are you so disheartened, O my soul?
Why do you sigh within me?
Place your hope in God;
for I will once again praise him,
my Savior and my God. - Therefore, encourage one another and strengthen one another, as indeed you are doing.
- Therefore, now I, Nebuchadnezzar,
praise and exalt and glorify
the King of heaven.
For all of his works are right,
and all of his ways are just.
Also, he is able to humble
all those who follow the path of pride. - If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person. For the temple of God is holy, and you are that temple.
- As a result, you are no longer strangers and foreigners. Rather, you are fellow citizens of the saints and members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone.
- Nothing gives me greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
- You are a place of refuge for me;
you preserve me from trouble
and surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah - Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you and utter all kinds of calumnies against you for my sake.
- Jesus looked at them and said, “For men it is impossible, but not for God. For God all things are possible.”
- For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for a life of good works that God had prepared for us to do.
- Wealth and honor are from you,
you reign over all.
In your hand are power and might;
it to is in your hand make great and to give strength to all. - Then Jesus said to him,
“You have come to believe
because you have seen me.
Blessed are those who have not seen
and yet have come to believe.” - Because in my eyes you are precious,
because you are honored and I love you,
I will give people in exchange for you
and nations in return for your life. - I am the vine,
you are the branches.
Whoever abides in me, and I in him,
will bear much fruit.
Apart from me you can do nothing. - Every word you utter is true,
and all your righteous judgments are everlasting. - Beloved,
do not trust every spirit,
but test the spirits
to see whether they are from God.
For many false prophets
have gone out into the world. - Blessed are all those who fear the Lord
and walk in his ways. - O Lord, you are my God.
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for you have accomplished wonderful things,
formulated in ages past, faithful and sure. - Therefore, take care to live as intelligent people, and do not be like those who are senseless. Make the most of the present time, for this is a wicked age.
- Banish grief from your heart
and ignore the sufferings of your body,
for youth and the prime of life are fleeting. - “But you,” he said to them, “who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
- I consider that the sufferings we presently endure are not worth comparing with the glory to be revealed in us.
See what love
the Father has bestowed on us,
enabling us to be called the children of God,
and that is what we are.
If the world does not recognize us,
that is because it did not know him. Rather, seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.Next verse!With image
