  • And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it all.

    Where the good way is, and walk in it;
    Then you will find a resting place for your souls.
    But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’”
  • Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.

    And abundant in mercy to all who call upon You.
  • Woe to the one who quarrels with his Maker—
    A piece of pottery among the other earthenware pottery pieces!
    Will the clay say to the potter, ‘What are you doing?’
    Or the thing you are making say, ‘He has no hands’?
  • That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner self, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love.
  • Do not abandon your friend or your father’s friend,
    And do not go to your brother’s house on the day of your disaster;
    Better is a neighbor who is near than a brother far away.
  • Likewise, I want women to adorn themselves with proper clothing, modestly and discreetly, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or expensive apparel, but rather by means of good works, as is proper for women making a claim to godliness.
  • And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the Lord’s commandments and His statutes which I am commanding you today for your good?
