The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, And in the night His song shall be with me— A prayer to the God of my life.By day the Lord commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.
Or do you think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide Me with more than twelve legions of angels?Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?

Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.While God has overlooked the times of human ignorance, now he commands all people everywhere to repent.
This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’This Jesus is ‘the stone that was rejected by you, the builders; it has become the cornerstone.’

Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.Now, discipline always seems painful rather than pleasant at the time, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart. And you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the Lord and do them, and that you may not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined.You have the fringe so that, when you see it, you will remember all the commandments of the Lord and do them, and not follow the lust of your own heart and your own eyes.
Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters, since you know that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward; you serve the Lord Christ.
Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry.Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness, where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing at all during those days, and when they were over, he was famished.
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having enough of everything, you may share abundantly in every good work.

My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him.For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from him.
