- Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- A friend loveth at all times,
and a brother is born for adversity. - I will bless the Lord at all times:
his praise shall continually be in my mouth. - And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
- And I will walk at liberty:
for I seek thy precepts. - I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- For I know that my redeemer liveth,
and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth. - While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
- The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
- This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
- Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts:
all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me. - From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
- Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you. - And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
- Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
- I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
- But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
- But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
- Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
- For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
- No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
in thy presence is fulness of joy;
at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. - But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee;
