A newly married man must not be drafted into the army or be given any other official responsibilities. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. | Let us never grow weary in doing what is right, for if we do not give up, we will reap our harvest in due time. |
The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven. | He is the reflection of God’s glory and the perfect expression of his very being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. Achieving purification from sins, he took his seat at the right hand of the Majesty on high. |
And every day, in the Temple and from house to house, they continued to teach and preach this message: “Jesus is the Messiah.” | And every day, both in the temple and at home, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming Jesus as the Christ. |
