- And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, as we do for you.
- However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
- For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
- Pray then like this:
“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.” - Who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
- This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
- Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word.
- For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.
