for you delighted in them. - Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.
- Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen.
- Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
