“Come back to me and live!” - I am counting on the Lord;
yes, I am counting on him.
I have put my hope in his word. - Commit your actions to the Lord,
and your plans will succeed. - The Lord is righteous in everything he does;
he is filled with kindness. - The Lord makes some poor and others rich;
he brings some down and lifts others up. - I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me.
He freed me from all my fears. - Seek the Lord while you can find him.
Call on him now while he is near. - I said to the Lord, “You are my Master!
Every good thing I have comes from you.” - Instead, let us test and examine our ways.
Let us turn back to the Lord. - Praise the Lord; praise God our savior!
For each day he carries us in his arms. - This is the day the Lord has made.
We will rejoice and be glad in it. - So be strong and courageous,
all you who put your hope in the Lord! - The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of trouble. - For the word of the Lord holds true,
and we can trust everything he does. - Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you your heart’s desires. - Joyful are people of integrity,
who follow the instructions of the Lord. - May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
- True humility and fear of the Lord
lead to riches, honor, and long life. - For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
- Let all that I am praise the Lord;
with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. - Come, let us worship and bow down.
Let us kneel before the Lord our maker. - Fear of the Lord teaches wisdom;
humility precedes honor. - You must faithfully keep all my commands by putting them into practice, for I am the Lord.
- The Lord directs the steps of the godly.
He delights in every detail of their lives. - The Lord gives his people strength.
The Lord blesses them with peace.
