Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost sinner Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.But for that very reason I received mercy, so that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display the utmost patience, making me an example to those who would come to believe in him for eternal life.
And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God.
Furthermore, as for every person to whom God has given riches and wealth, He has also given him the opportunity to enjoy them and to receive his reward and rejoice in his labor; this is the gift of God.Likewise all to whom God gives wealth and possessions and whom he enables to enjoy them, and to accept their lot and find enjoyment in their toil—this is the gift of God.
Jesus said, “Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel’s sake, but that he will receive a hundred times as much now in the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms, along with persecutions; and in the age to come, eternal life.”Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields, for my sake and for the sake of the good news, who will not receive a hundredfold now in this age—houses, brothers and sisters, mothers and children, and fields with persecutions—and in the age to come eternal life.”
But the Scripture has confined everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.But the scripture has imprisoned all things under the power of sin, so that what was promised through faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
For to you it has been granted for Christ’s sake, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer on His behalf.For he has graciously granted you the privilege not only of believing in Christ, but of suffering for him as well.
Paul said, “John baptized with a baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in Him who was coming after him, that is, in Jesus.”Paul said, “John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in the one who was to come after him, that is, in Jesus.”
But the one who did not know it, and committed acts deserving of a beating, will receive only a few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.But the one who did not know and did what deserved a beating will receive a light beating. From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and from the one to whom much has been entrusted, even more will be demanded.
Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?”
For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons and daughters by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received a spirit of adoption. When we cry, “Abba! Father!”
The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.Those who believe in him are not condemned; but those who do not believe are condemned already, because they have not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

All the prophets testify of Him, that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins.All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.
Through overconfidence comes nothing but strife, But wisdom is with those who receive counsel.By insolence the heedless make strife, but wisdom is with those who take advice.
So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them. For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.So, if they say to you, ‘Look! He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look! He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
The one who has believed and has been baptized will be saved; but the one who has not believed will be condemned.The one who believes and is baptized will be saved; but the one who does not believe will be condemned.
But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, but it is the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction.But now, apart from law, the righteousness of God has been disclosed, and is attested by the law and the prophets, the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction.
Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
For one who finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord.For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord.
Now accept the one who is weak in faith, but not to have quarrels over opinions.Welcome those who are weak in faith, but not for the purpose of quarreling over opinions.
And though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, for you are receiving the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us, for the glory of God.Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. So they do it to obtain a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.Athletes exercise self-control in all things; they do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable one.

Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, have you now believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.”Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have come to believe.”
