| For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? | For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it? |

| Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. | Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. |

| Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. | Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ. |
