Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though… 1 Peter 1:8-9

Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with a joy that is indescribable and glorious. Then he went on, “It is what comes out of a person that defiles. For from within, from the human heart, come evil thoughts, unchastity, theft, murder, adultery, avarice, malice, deceit, indecency, envy, slander, arrogance, and folly. This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the Antichrist, about whose coming you have been told, and that it is already in the world. 1 John 4:2-3	By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. Make sure that no one pays back evil for evil. Rather, always aim to achieve what is best for each other and for everyone. 1 Thessalonians 5:15	See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. blameless righteousness evil
Then it will come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Acts 2:21	And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. salvation worship prayer
While physical training has some value, the benefits of godliness are unlimited, since it holds out promise not only for this life but also for the life to come. 1 Timothy 4:8	For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come. health obedience life
Beloved, do not trust every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. For many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1	Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. trust Spirit prophecy
Therefore, do not allow anyone to pass judgment on you in regard to what you eat or drink, or about the observance of Festivals, New Moons, or Sabbaths. These are only a shadow of what is to come. The reality is Christ. Colossians 2:16-17	So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ. food sabbath judgment
We have come to know and to believe in the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him. 1 John 4:16	And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. trust love God
Trust wholeheartedly in the Lord rather than relying on your own intelligence. In everything you do, acknowledge him, and he will see that your paths are straight. Proverbs 3:5-6	Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. trust dependence heart
Rejoice with all your heart, O daughter Zion. Shout for joy, O daughter Jerusalem. See, your king is coming to you, triumphant and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. Zechariah 9:9	Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! A wise man will heed commandments, but a babbling fool will come to grief. Proverbs 10:8	The wise in heart will receive commands, But a prating fool will fall. law wisdom heart

Nevertheless, I am telling you the truth: it is better for you that I depart. For if I do not go away, the Advocate will not come to you, whereas if I go, I will send him to you.

Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.
