Coming of Jesus (4/4)

But you, O Bethlehem of Ephrathah, who are one of the little clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to rule in Israel, whose origin is from of old, from ancient days.But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, being small among the clans of Judah, out of you one will come out to me who is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings out are from of old, from ancient times.
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”Jesus therefore said to them again, “Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.”
Since all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; they are now justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little while longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.”Then Jesus said, “I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.”

And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.
Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, make you complete in everything good so that you may do his will, working among us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. But Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but for God all things are possible.”Looking at them, Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
She will bear a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.She shall give birth to a son. You shall name him Jesus, for it is he who shall save his people from their sins.
While they were eating, Jesus took a loaf of bread, and after blessing it he broke it, gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”As they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks for it, and broke it. He gave to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”
But our citizenship is in heaven, and it is from there that we are expecting a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

And we have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by doing the works of the law, because no one will be justified by the works of the law.We, being Jews by nature and not Gentile sinners, yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.

But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed; you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has been raised; he is not here. Look, there is the place they laid him.”He said to them, “Don’t be amazed. You seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him!”
Looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the sake of the joy that was set before him endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.Looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
