| Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. | So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. |
| The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. | The heart is more deceitful than any other thing, and it is also perverse.
