- Go your way—eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart; for God has already accepted your works.

Why are you disturbed within me?
Hope in God! For I shall still praise him,

I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh,
and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah. - Guide me in your truth, and teach me,
for you are the God of my salvation.
I wait for you all day long. - A man’s heart plans his course,
but Yahweh directs his steps. - Don’t let kindness and truth forsake you.
Bind them around your neck.
Write them on the tablet of your heart.
So you will find favor,
and good understanding in the sight of God and man. - There are many plans in a man’s heart,
but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail. - Only fear Yahweh, and serve him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things he has done for you.
- Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
- You shall consider in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so Yahweh your God disciplines you.
- Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.
- ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.
- That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
- But from there you shall seek Yahweh your God, and you will find him when you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s.
- But as it is written,
“Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear,
which didn’t enter into the heart of man,
these God has prepared for those who love him.” - Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in Yahweh’s house forever. - I made a covenant with my eyes;
how then should I look lustfully at a young woman? - But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him?
- For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
- Because I delivered the poor who cried,
and the fatherless also, who had no one to help him,
the blessing of him who was ready to perish came on me,
and I caused the widow’s heart to sing for joy. - Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.
