Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Destroyed'
- For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
- For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. We know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be destroyed, and we might no longer be enslaved to sin.
- Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise,
but the companion of fools suffers harm. - The integrity of the upright guides them,
but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them. - For the Lord loves justice;
he will not forsake his faithful ones.
The righteous shall be kept safe forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off. - Words spoken by the wise bring them favor,
but the lips of fools consume them. - I establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.
- All who have sinned apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
- The Lord is not slow about his promise, as some think of slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance.
- Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal.
With their mouths the godless would destroy their neighbors,
but by knowledge the righteous are delivered. I lift up my eyes to the hills—
from where will my help come?
My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.Next verse!With image
