- Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done.”
- Therefore, whoever shall break one of these least commandments and teach others to do so, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever shall do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.
- For the customs of the peoples are vanity;
for one cuts a tree out of the forest,
the work of the hands of the workman with the ax.
They deck it with silver and with gold.
They fasten it with nails and with hammers,
so that it can’t move.
They are like a palm tree, of turned work,
and don’t speak.
They must be carried,
because they can’t move.
Don’t be afraid of them;
for they can’t do evil,
neither is it in them to do good. - Whom do I have in heaven?
There is no one on earth whom I desire besides you. - But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.
- For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire.
- Now why do you wait? Arise, be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- Surely the Lord Yahweh will do nothing,
unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets. - Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
- For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them.
- Arise, Yahweh!
God, lift up your hand!
Don’t forget the helpless. - The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger,
but those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing. - May the Lord make you to increase and abound in love toward one another and toward all men, even as we also do toward you.
- I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them.
- For,
“He who would love life
and see good days,
let him keep his tongue from evil
and his lips from speaking deceit.
Let him turn away from evil and do good.
Let him seek peace and pursue it.” - When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.”
- Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
- Don’t weary yourself to be rich.
In your wisdom, show restraint. - Don’t judge,
and you won’t be judged.
Don’t condemn,
and you won’t be condemned.
Set free,
and you will be set free. - Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no kind of work. It is a Sabbath to Yahweh in all your dwellings.
- Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse.
- I don’t reject the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing!
- Now who will harm you if you become imitators of that which is good?
- Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
- Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him.
If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie and don’t tell the truth. And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word.Next verse! With image
