Bible Verses about 'Do'
- And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.
- So for one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, for him it is sin.
- Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.

Your Law is within my heart. - In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
- Trust in the Lord and do good;
Live in the land and cultivate faithfulness. - Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will do it.
- You lust and do not have, so you commit murder. And you are envious and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have because you do not ask.
- Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
- To do righteousness and justice
Is preferred by the Lord more than sacrifice. - And when you are praying, do not use thoughtless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard because of their many words.
- And whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
- Do not judge, so that you will not be judged.
- So that we confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid.
What will man do to me?” - Teach me to do Your will,
For You are my God;
Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground. - In God, whose word I praise,
In God I have put my trust;
I shall not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me? - Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
- So then, let’s not sleep as others do, but let’s be alert and sober.
- Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
- How much more valuable then is a person than a sheep! So then, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.
- Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor,
Obtain justice for the orphan,
Plead for the widow’s case. - Do not weary yourself to gain wealth;
Stop dwelling on it. - But if we hope for what we do not see, through perseverance we wait eagerly for it.
- For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage battle according to the flesh.
- So when you give to the poor, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, so that they will be praised by people. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.
- Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals.”
- Arise, Lord; God, lift up Your hand.
Do not forget the humble. - Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.
- Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor fearful.
- So you shall keep My commandments, and do them; I am the Lord.
- Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. So they do it to obtain a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.
- You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.
- Do not turn to the right or to the left;
Turn your foot from evil. - Just as you do not know the path of the wind, and how bones are formed in the womb of the pregnant woman, so you do not know the activity of God who makes everything.
- Be of the same mind toward one another; do not be haughty in mind, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation.
- I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.
- Behold, happy is the person whom God disciplines,
So do not reject the discipline of the Almighty. - I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.
- Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.
- If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
- And the Lord is the One who is going ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not desert you or abandon you. Do not fear and do not be dismayed.
- Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people, knowing that it is from the Lord that you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.
