Bible Verses about 'Ear'
- If one turns away his ear from hearing the law,
even his prayer is an abomination. - But, as it is written,
“What no eye has seen, nor ear heard,
nor the heart of man imagined,
what God has prepared for those who love him” - My son, be attentive to my words;
incline your ear to my sayings.
Let them not escape from your sight;
keep them within your heart. - I love the Lord, because he has heard
my voice and my pleas for mercy.
Because he inclined his ear to me,
therefore I will call on him as long as I live. - Hear my prayer, O Lord;
give ear to my pleas for mercy!
In your faithfulness answer me, in your righteousness! - Hear my prayer, O Lord,
and give ear to my cry;
hold not your peace at my tears!
For I am a sojourner with you,
a guest, like all my fathers. - Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.

earnestly I seek you;
my soul thirsts for you;
my flesh faints for you,
as in a dry and weary land
where there is no water. - My soul yearns for you in the night;
my spirit within me earnestly seeks you.

the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. - The wicked earns deceptive wages,
but one who sows righteousness gets a sure reward. - Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

and his ears toward their cry. - For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
- Woe to him who strives with him who formed him,
a pot among earthen pots!
Does the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’
or ‘Your work has no handles’? - Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord!
O Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of my pleas for mercy! - In my distress I called upon the Lord;
to my God I cried for help.
From his temple he heard my voice,
and my cry to him reached his ears. - For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears are open to their prayer.

and at the last he will stand upon the earth. - I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
