- He loves righteousness and justice;
The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. - Look to yourselves, that we do not lose those things we worked for, but that we may receive a full reward.

That there will not be room enough to receive it.” - Moreover, when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad countenance. For they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to be fasting. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
- Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
- For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You. - For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.
- For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing.
- The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
- Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
- When they had pasture, they were filled;
They were filled and their heart was exalted;
Therefore they forgot Me. - No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.
- Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
- Nevertheless in Your great mercy
You did not utterly consume them nor forsake them;
For You are God, gracious and merciful. - For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.
- As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby.
- And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.
- Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.
- For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
- Finally, brethren, farewell. Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
- Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.

And that my soul knows very well. - A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
- Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
- Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
- His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
- Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.
- Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life.
- Then He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the multitude. So they all ate and were filled, and twelve baskets of the leftover fragments were taken up by them.
