- My times are in thy hand:
deliver me from the hand of mine enemies,
and from them that persecute me. - Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand:
forget not the humble. - Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good:
and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he. - Turn not to the right hand nor to the left:
remove thy foot from evil. - But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
- And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us:
and establish thou the work of our hands upon us;
yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. - Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
- The hand of the diligent shall bear rule:
but the slothful shall be under tribute. - But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
- The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
- I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.
- For I the Lord thy God
will hold thy right hand,
saying unto thee, Fear not;
I will help thee. - From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- The heavens declare the glory of God;
and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Day unto day uttereth speech,
and night unto night sheweth knowledge. - Withhold not good from them to whom it is due,
when it is in the power of thine hand to do it. - And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
- So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
- But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
- I stretch forth my hands unto thee:
my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah. - And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one.
- Ye that love the Lord, hate evil:
he preserveth the souls of his saints;
he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. - Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
in thy presence is fulness of joy;
at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.The grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
