He made him who did not know sin to be sin for our sake, so that through him we might become the righteousness of God.He made Him who knew no sin to be sin in our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Although it was our afflictions that he bore, our sufferings that he endured, we thought of him as stricken, as struck down by God and afflicted. However, it was our sicknesses that He Himself bore, And our pains that He carried; Yet we ourselves assumed that He had been afflicted, Struck down by God, and humiliated.
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me. He has sent me to announce good news to the oppressed, to strengthen the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom to those held in captivity and release to those who have been imprisoned. The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord anointed me To bring good news to the humble; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim release to captives And freedom to prisoners.
Only fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with your whole heart, considering the great things he has done for you.Only fear the Lord and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.
Rather, be kind to one another and compassionate, and forgive one another as God has forgiven you in Christ.Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.
Who has performed these deeds and accomplished this? Who has summoned the nations from the beginning? I, the Lord, am the first, and I will be there with the last.Who has performed and accomplished it, Summoning the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’
However, God has revealed these things to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit explores everything, even the depths of God.For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring the good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free. The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He anointed Me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim release to captives, And recovery of sight to the blind, To set free those who are oppressed.
Therefore, when someone is guilty of any one of these things, he shall confess the sin he has committed. So it shall be when he becomes guilty of one of these things, that he shall confess that in which he has sinned.
When you make a vow to God, do not delay in fulfilling it, for God has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill the vow you have made. When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow!
It was for freedom that Christ set us free. Therefore, stand firm and refuse to submit again to the yoke of slavery. It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.
Hence, as sin’s reign resulted in death, so the grace of God also might reign through righteousness resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.So that, as sin reigned in death, so also grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
But according to Scripture all things have been confined under sin, so that through faith in Jesus Christ what was promised might be given to those who believe. But the Scripture has confined everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
I rejoice in the Lord with all my heart; my soul exults in my God. For he has clothed me in garments of salvation and wrapped me in a robe of saving justice, like a bridegroom adorned with a garland or a bride bedecked with her jewels.I will rejoice greatly in the Lord, My soul will be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a groom puts on a turban, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for a life of good works that God had prepared for us to do.For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.
I am confident of this: that the one who began a good work in you will bring it to completion on the day of Christ Jesus. For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus.
In love there is no fear; indeed, perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not yet achieved perfection in love. There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.
If we are diligent in observing all of these commandments before the Lord, our God, as he commanded of us, then this will be our righteousness. And it will be righteousness for us if we are careful to follow all this commandment before the Lord our God, just as He commanded us.
We have come to know and to believe in the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him.We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.
And whoever does not provide for relatives, especially for those who are living with him, has disowned the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
The body is one, although it has many parts; and all the parts, though many, form one body. So it is with Christ. For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ.
Jesus said to him, “Go on your way! Your faith has made you well.” Immediately, he received his sight and followed him along the road. And Jesus said to him, “Go; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he regained his sight and began following Him on the road.
The one who eats everything must not look contemptuously on the one who does not, and the one who abstains must not pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed both. The one who eats is not to regard with contempt the one who does not eat, and the one who does not eat is not to judge the one who eats, for God has accepted him.
I am now about to go the way of all upon the earth. You know very well in your hearts and your souls that not one of the good things that the Lord, your God, promised you has failed to take place. Every promise has been fulfilled, not one of them has been broken. Now behold, today I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word of all the good words which the Lord your God spoke concerning you has failed; they all have been fulfilled for you, not one of them has failed.
You shall take heed to observe the commandments of the Lord, your God, and the decrees and statutes that he has given to you.You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and His provisions and His statutes which He has commanded you.
