- Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge,
But he who hates correction is stupid. - He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

This is known in all the earth. - As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us. - He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.
- By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
- And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

So my feet did not slip. - A man has joy by the answer of his mouth,

- So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
- Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
- When a man has taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war or be charged with any business; he shall be free at home one year, and bring happiness to his wife whom he has taken.
- Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
- Whoever has no rule over his own spirit
Is like a city broken down, without walls. - Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”
- And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.
- He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.
- Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
The people He has chosen as His own inheritance. - As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.
- No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.
- And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.
- A man who has friends must himself be friendly,
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. - Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.
