- Every word of God is flawless.
He is a shield to those who take refuge in him. - My son, don’t despise Yahweh’s discipline,

even as a father reproves the son in whom he delights. - Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good,
for his loving kindness endures forever. - Having been made perfect, he became to all of those who obey him the author of eternal salvation.

He was crushed for our iniquities.
The punishment that brought our peace was on him;

Yahweh of Armies is the King of glory! Selah. - A man’s steps are established by Yahweh.
He delights in his way. - I am the true vine, and my Father is the farmer. Every branch in me that doesn’t bear fruit, he takes away. Every branch that bears fruit, he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
- Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by the devil. He ate nothing in those days. Afterward, when they were completed, he was hungry.
- He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts, yet so that man can’t find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end.
- As far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions from us. - He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to the whole creation.”
- So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
- He was despised
and rejected by men,
a man of suffering
and acquainted with disease.
He was despised as one from whom men hide their face;
and we didn’t respect him. - In Hades, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus at his bosom. He cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue! For I am in anguish in this flame.’
- He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”
- Yahweh is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.
- For Yahweh is our judge.
Yahweh is our lawgiver.
Yahweh is our king.
He will save us. - He who covers an offense promotes love;
but he who repeats a matter separates best friends. - Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh,
the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance. - So then the other disciple who came first to the tomb also entered in, and he saw and believed. For as yet they didn’t know the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead.
- He said to them, “Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses.”
- Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.
- When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.”
