While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud overshadowed them, and from the cloud a voice said, “This is my Son, the Beloved; with him I am well pleased; listen to him!”While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!”

And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you, to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways.To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.
Be still before the Lord, and wait patiently for him; do not fret over those who prosper in their way, over those who carry out evil devices.Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
God's love was revealed among us in this way: God sent his only Son into the world so that we might live through him.In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
Those who believe in him are not condemned; but those who do not believe are condemned already, because they have not believed in the name of the only Son of God.He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
But speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ.
And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
See, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death; then they will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified; and on the third day he will be raised.Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death, and deliver Him to the Gentiles to mock and to scourge and to crucify. And the third day He will rise again.

No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father's heart, who has made him known.No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
The commandment we have from him is this: those who love God must love their brothers and sisters also.And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.
If we say that we have fellowship with him while we are walking in darkness, we lie and do not do what is true.If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
But those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
He was despised and rejected by others; a man of suffering and acquainted with infirmity; and as one from whom others hide their faces he was despised, and we held him of no account.He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
Because if you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little while longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.”Then Jesus said to them, “I shall be with you a little while longer, and then I go to Him who sent Me.”
