- I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people.
- God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
- Blessed are all who fear the Lord,
who walk in obedience to him. - The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels.

but takes the upright into his confidence.
