- My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord;
In the morning I will direct it to You,
And I will look up. - And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
- And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.
- Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
- You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
- I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
And in His word I do hope. - Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
- I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
- For a thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it is past,
And like a watch in the night. - Let the lowly brother glory in his exaltation, but the rich in his humiliation, because as a flower of the field he will pass away.
- Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.
- For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
- I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
- God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity;
But the rebellious dwell in a dry land. - For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
- For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.
- Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
Who walk in the law of the Lord! - But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
- He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.” - Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
- As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him;
He is excellent in power,
In judgment and abundant justice;
He does not oppress. - God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble. - This also comes from the Lord of hosts,
Who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance. - Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
Just as we hope in You.
