or take the path that sinners tread,
or sit in the seat of scoffers. - Our God is in the heavens;
he does whatever he pleases. - Let the believer who is lowly boast in being raised up, and the rich in being brought low, because the rich will disappear like a flower in the field.
- For a thousand years in your sight
are like yesterday when it is past,
or like a watch in the night. - God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
