- Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- Seek the Lord, and his strength:
seek his face evermore. - Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
- Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
- For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
- Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord;
that walketh in his ways. - The Lord is on my side; I will not fear:

Praise ye the Lord. - Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

- It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - The Lord is righteous in all his ways,
and holy in all his works. - I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait,
and in his word do I hope. - Seek the Lord and his strength,
seek his face continually. - A man's heart deviseth his way:
but the Lord directeth his steps. - By humility and the fear of the Lord
are riches, and honour, and life. - The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich:
he bringeth low, and lifteth up. - For the word of the Lord is right;
and all his works are done in truth. - Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
- For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.
- Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
- Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near.
Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name.If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
