- Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

On earth as it is in heaven. - What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
- For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake.
- For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it?
- For a thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it is past,
And like a watch in the night. - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
- Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them.

- Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.
- And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.
- And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret.
- A fool vents all his feelings,
But a wise man holds them back. - In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
- “If you will not hear,
And if you will not take it to heart,
To give glory to My name,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“I will send a curse upon you,
And I will curse your blessings.
Yes, I have cursed them already,
Because you do not take it to heart.” - For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
