| Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs. | He guards the paths of justice, And preserves the way of His saints. | He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints. |

| The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. | The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. |
| For the Lord loves justice, And does not forsake His saints; They are preserved forever, But the descendants of the wicked shall be cut off. | For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off. |

| Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. | Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. | Who is wise? Let him understand these things. Who is prudent? Let him know them. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. | Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. |
