- He is the Rock, his work is perfect:
for all his ways are judgment:
a God of truth and without iniquity,
just and right is he. - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
- Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
- For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.
- Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
- The memory of the just is blessed:
but the name of the wicked shall rot. - The tongue of the just is as choice silver:
the heart of the wicked is little worth. - Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him:
but the just shall live by his faith. - I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
- Blessings are upon the head of the just:
but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. - For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
- There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling.
- A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
- Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
- If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
- An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour:
but through knowledge shall the just be delivered. - And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
- Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
- Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
- Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
- And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
- And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you.
- And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
- Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
- For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge:
but he that hateth reproof is brutish. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.Next verse! With image
