- With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.
- Jesus answered him, “Those who love me will keep my word, and my Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
- The Lord, your God, is in your midst,
a warrior who gives victory;
he will rejoice over you with gladness,
he will renew you in his love;

I will lift up my hands and call on your name. - Take good care to observe the commandment and instruction that Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to keep his commandments, and to hold fast to him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- In the same way, husbands should love their wives as they do their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
- Because you are precious in my sight,
and honored, and I love you,
I give people in return for you,
nations in exchange for your life. - For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
- But I will sing of your might;
I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning.
For you have been a fortress for me
and a refuge in the day of my distress. - Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, for you are receiving the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
- Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
and those who love it will eat its fruits. - But speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.
- For where there is envy and selfish ambition, there will also be disorder and wickedness of every kind.
- Let me hear of your steadfast love in the morning,
for in you I put my trust.
Teach me the way I should go,
for to you I lift up my soul. - We must always give thanks to God for you, brothers and sisters, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of everyone of you for one another is increasing.
- Each of you, however, should love his wife as himself, and a wife should respect her husband.
- The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases,
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness. - Discipline yourselves, keep alert. Like a roaring lion your adversary the devil prowls around, looking for someone to devour.
