And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” | So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” |
For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them. | For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them. |
Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples. | By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. |
Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you! I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer. | Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. |
My son, obey your father’s commands, and don’t neglect your mother’s instruction. | My son, keep your father's commandment, and forsake not your mother's teaching. |

“For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then my faithful love for you will remain. My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you. | “For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you, and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you. |
It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. | So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it. |
I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. | I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. |
As the deer longs for streams of water, so I long for you, O God. | As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God. |

Anyone who wants to serve me must follow me, because my servants must be where I am. And the Father will honor anyone who serves me. | If anyone serves me, he must follow me; and where I am, there will my servant be also. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him. |
