God alone, who gave the law, is the Judge. He alone has the power to save or to destroy. So what right do you have to judge your neighbor? James 4:12	There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another? law judgment salvation
For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true. Ephesians 5:9	For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth. light goodness righteousness

You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it. Matthew 7:13-14	Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them. If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 1 Corinthians 13:1	Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. love speaking angels
And if you do good only to those who do good to you, why should you get credit? Even sinners do that much! Luke 6:33	And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. righteousness reward
So, what about eating meat that has been offered to idols? Well, we all know that an idol is not really a god and that there is only one God. 1 Corinthians 8:4	Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one. idols food
Serve only the Lord your God and fear him alone. Obey his commands, listen to his voice, and cling to him. Deuteronomy 13:4	You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him. awe listening following
Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in him. Psalm 62:5	My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. soul rest hope
So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality. Colossians 2:16-17	So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ. food sabbath judgment
Fathers can give their sons an inheritance of houses and wealth, but only the Lord can give an understanding wife. Proverbs 19:14	Houses and riches are an inheritance from fathers, But a prudent wife is from the Lord. money relationships
Turn us again to yourself, O Lord God of Heaven’s Armies. Make your face shine down upon us. Only then will we be saved. Psalm 80:19	Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved! salvation dependence almighty

But who am I, and who are my people, that we could give anything to you? Everything we have has come from you, and we give you only what you first gave us!

But who am I, and who are my people, That we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from You, And of Your own we have given You.
