- Hatred stirs up strife,

- God blesses us,
So that all the ends of the earth may fear Him. - For they exchanged the truth of God for falsehood, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature, and likewise the men, too, abandoned natural relations with women and burned in their desire toward one another, males with males committing shameful acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.
And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not proper. - Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.
- Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him,
On those who wait for His faithfulness. - On the day of prosperity be happy,
But on the day of adversity consider:
God has made the one as well as the other
So that a person will not discover anything that will come after him. - Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit. - But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous,
And His ears are toward their cry for help. - Wealth obtained from nothing dwindles,
But one who gathers by labor increases it. - A good name is to be more desired than great wealth;
Favor is better than silver and gold. - I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go;
I will advise you with My eye upon you. - One who conceals an offense seeks love,
But one who repeats a matter separates close friends. - I did not eat any tasty food, nor did meat or wine enter my mouth, nor did I use any ointment at all until the entire three weeks were completed.
- And God is able to make all grace overflow to you, so that, always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.
- And sitting down, He called the twelve and said to them, “If anyone wants to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”
- He is also the head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.
- It does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; it keeps every confidence, it believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
- You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.
- While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice from the cloud said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to Him!”
- “And tear your heart and not merely your garments.”
Now return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and compassionate,
Slow to anger, abounding in mercy
And relenting of catastrophe. - But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Too little to be among the clans of Judah,
From you One will come forth for Me to be ruler in Israel.
His times of coming forth are from long ago,
From the days of eternity. - So that, as sin reigned in death, so also grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
