- You, Lord, keep my lamp burning;

Seek righteousness, seek humility;
perhaps you will be sheltered
on the day of the Lord’s anger. - Surely the righteous will never be shaken;
they will be remembered forever.
Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God. For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.Next verse!With image
