The Lord watches over the strangers; he upholds the orphan and the widow, but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin. Psalm 146:9	Yahweh preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but he turns the way of the wicked upside down. protection orphans widows
He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3	He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. healing heart sickness
For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with victory. Psalm 149:4	For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with salvation. humility joy blessing

Happy are those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or take the path that sinners tread, or sit in the seat of scoffers. Psalm 1:1	Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand on the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers. sin righteousness blessing

O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I plead my case to you, and watch. Psalm 5:3	Yahweh, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly. prayer patience listening

What are human beings that you are mindful of them, mortals that you care for them? Psalm 8:4	What is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him? blessing humility grace

The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Psalm 9:9	Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble. protection safety
And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you. Psalm 9:10	Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek you. trust seeking reliability
Rise up, O Lord; O God, lift up your hand; do not forget the oppressed. Psalm 10:12	Arise, Yahweh! God, lift up your hand! Don’t forget the helpless. prayer neighbor poverty
But I trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, because he has dealt bountifully with me. Psalm 13:5-6	But I trust in your loving kindness. Those who walk blamelessly, and do what is right, and speak the truth from their heart; who do not slander with their tongue, and do no evil to their friends, nor take up a reproach against their neighbors. I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
