Bible Verses about 'Romans 10-9'

That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. If you confess with your lips, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness to everyone who believes. For Christ is the fulfillment of the Law for the justification of all who believe.
For with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For one believes in the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved.
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame.”As Scripture asserts, “No one who believes in him will be put to shame.”
For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”Indeed, “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. So then, faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ.
Oh, the depth of the riches, both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How inscrutable are his judgments and how unfathomable his ways!
For from Him, and through Him, and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen. For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.
Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. Therefore, brethren, I implore you by the mercies of God to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice that is holy and acceptable to God—a spiritual act of worship.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.Do not be conformed to the world, but be transformed by the renewal of your minds, so that you will be able to discern the will of God and to know what is good and acceptable and perfect.
For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.Through the grace that God has bestowed upon me, I advise every one of you not to think of yourself too highly, but to regard yourself objectively, based on the measure of faith that God has granted.
For just as we have many parts in one body and all the body’s parts do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually parts of one another. For just as in one body we have many parts, and the parts do not all have the same function, so we, though many, make up one body in Christ, and individually we are all parts of one another.
Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good.Let your love be sincere. Loathe what is evil and hold fast to what is good.
Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor.Love one another with genuine affection. Esteem others more highly than yourself.
Not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.Do not be lacking in zeal, but serve the Lord with spiritual fervor.
Rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer.Be joyful in your hope. Be patient in times of affliction. Persevere in prayer.
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.Bless those who persecute you; bless them and do not curse them.
Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.
Be of the same mind toward one another; do not be haughty in mind, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation.Live in harmony with one another. Do not consider yourself to be better than others, but associate with the lowly, and never be conceited.
If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all people. As much as possible, and to the extent of your ability, live in peace with everyone.
Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written: “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.Dearly beloved, never seek revenge. Leave that to the time of retribution. For it is written, “Vengeance is mine, says the Lord. I will repay.”
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.Do not be conquered by evil, but conquer evil with good.
Every person is to be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.Let everyone submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which derives from God, and whatever authorities exist have been instituted by God.
For because of this you also pay taxes, for rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to this very thing. That is why you also pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, and they devote themselves to this service.
Pay to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor.Pay to each person what is rightfully his—taxes to the one to whom taxes are due, tolls to the one to whom tolls are due, respect to the one to whom respect is due, honor to the one to whom honor is due.

Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for the one who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the Law.Owe nothing to anyone except the debt of love you owe one another. The one who loves others has fulfilled the Law.
