And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. | He called the crowd with his disciples, and said to them, “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” |
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh. | Indeed, we live as human beings, but we do not wage war according to human standards. |
