Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting, but the woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. | Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised. |
As for me, I trust in your kindness; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord because he has been good to me. | But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to Yahweh, because he has been good to me. |
I will walk in complete freedom because I have sought your commands. | I will walk in liberty, for I have sought your precepts. |
For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall also be united with him in his resurrection.
