Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Look, the young woman is with child and shall bear a son, and shall name him Immanuel.Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
What then are we to say? Should we continue in sin in order that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin go on living in it?What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord my whole life long.Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
As they came from their mother's womb, so they shall go again, naked as they came; they shall take nothing for their toil, which they may carry away with their hands.Everyone comes naked from their mother’s womb, and as everyone comes, so they depart. All this took place to fulfill what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet: “Look, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel,” which means, “God is with us.”All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”).
I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.
Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you; and just as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything. Only, you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything. What then should we say? That the law is sin? By no means! Yet, if it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin. I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”What shall we say, then? Is the law sinful? Certainly not! Nevertheless, I would not have known what sin was had it not been for the law. For I would not have known what coveting really was if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”
If you follow my statutes and keep my commandments and observe them faithfully, I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.If you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commands, I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit.
Six days shall work be done; but the seventh day is a sabbath of complete rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no work: it is a sabbath to the Lord throughout your settlements.There are six days when you may work, but the seventh day is a day of sabbath rest, a day of sacred assembly. You are not to do any work; wherever you live, it is a sabbath to the Lord.
For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
You shall be holy to me; for I the Lord am holy, and I have separated you from the other peoples to be mine.You are to be holy to me because I, the Lord, am holy, and I have set you apart from the nations to be my own.

He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall never be shaken.Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.
He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
I keep the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
For the Lord loves justice; he will not forsake his faithful ones. The righteous shall be kept safe forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.

You shall not abuse any widow or orphan. If you do abuse them, when they cry out to me, I will surely heed their cry; my wrath will burn, and I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your children orphans.Do not take advantage of the widow or the fatherless. If you do and they cry out to me, I will certainly hear their cry. My anger will be aroused, and I will kill you with the sword; your wives will become widows and your children fatherless.
